The organization was started in 1999 joining 34 other groups in Taita-Taveta to fight for the protection of natural resources in the area. The group is focused on wildlife, minerals, natural forests and water sources.
Current Project- Working with different stakeholders on wildlife issues and advocating for long term solutions to reduce cases of human-wildlife conflict.
Already a number of projects among them fencing of parks is ongoing to contain wildlife movements.
Partnering with World vision in improving water accessibility to household.
